There are some long rivers in Africa too, with Crocodiles and Pirhana too.  I'm looking forward seeing were he's drawn inspiration from this time :(y) :(y)

In Lesotho at the moment. Left Zimbabwe about a month before the coup, so ‘seeing a military coup’ remains on the bucket list I’m afraid.

I remember when they showed off Amazonas I think to BGG they talked how Africa was the next possible area. Wonder how it plays. I kinda hope river isn't too big of a focus right after we got Amazonas.

Without knowing a thing about it, I would guess that the theme would focus on sub-Saharan Africa. Egypt could easily have its own spin-off game in the future so I don't think it would be wise to 'burn' that option now.

Graphics are a bit eh, but its obviouslly a proto type. But AniMeeples!!!!

Looks I see some dotted paths? Perhaps a exploration element?
