Whatever it is, it's probably in the post from Germany...

The SD 'Spiel Doch' watermark was a tad unimaginative.  I better ask Basically Wooden to knock another divider up!

Wow. Didn't even see the watermark. I wish they had kept them the same semi-obaque darkness and not made one letter white.

Also, interesting that the left one is from Doris. I can definitely see it now up close, but from the front of the magazine, I was certain the right one was for Carcassonne 1.0. I'm not sure if that's a good thing that I couldn't really tell the difference. Hmm..

Someone shared this photo on twitter last week - I'm not sure where it originally came from.  But in certain lighting conditions, they can look similar.

All this artwork banter does make me think I should start playing micropul!

So, for those of us who haven't received our Spiel Doch magazine(s) yet, what are the rules for this tile?

Kettlefish kindly shared a link from Carcassonne-Forum a few days ago: http://carcassonne-forum.de/viewtopic.php?f=235&t=3170&sid=e954079f5c5590fddbd7bdb902ed75fa

It's basically a tile with one road with 4 exits to complete on it.

I really find it visually appaling.. Don't even know why, it just seems wrong. But I am curious how both of the maze tiles will fit in the old artwork..

These came for me recently:

The German and English versions of the Carcassonne promo cards for Dominion.

I don't actually play Dominion very often, but it's a nice little collectible anyway!

A post from whaeyland who edited my post:  ::)

Nice. You got the promo card. They were already sold out online when I tried to get it. It is currently the only 7 Wonders-related promo I don't have.

Edit from Whaleyland: Sorry about that! I must have replied on my phone and I sometimes hit the "Modify" button instead. The results look identical!

There are some on BGG for $$$ - The shop I ordered from, gave a copy with every purchase of the game.  It looks like the German Edition (there are apparently too), from Essen.  It says 'Messe' not 'The Messe'.  You could ask if you can order the card separately?

Today the postman brought me the most anticipated gift of the year so far: the Falcon Expansion for Carcassonne: the Castle!!!

I am so excited to have it and so grateful to quevy for making it. The quality of all the components is absolutely superb! Thank you quevy!!!

That's what is out of stock. The company sells the expansion separately, just not currently. They'll get it back in, though. They have all the other expansion cards available.
