HiG has to respond to me at some point about the clear meeple. I'll make a post if/when they do. It is sad to see the website pulled though

I'm sure there will be no shortage of people here waiting to buy them from you when you are eventually given the go-ahead. Please add me to pre-release waiting list!

Carcatronn, my in-laws were just looking through the boxes you sent with South Seas, Gold Rush, and the Winter Edition and they noticed the mini-expansions for the first two games attached to the boxes. Do you know if your copies of Winter Edition included the Gingerbread Man? If not, I'll go ahead and order it from Cundco before it disappears. Thanks for including the other two expansions. Since those both have only a single expansion each, I rather consider them a part of the base game (like The Scout for Hunters & Gatherers). Cheers!

It should be pretty clear just by looking at the box.

For instance, this one contains the gingerbread man (otherwise it is not there).

Yeah, the problem is I am not there to look at it and my in-laws are not very bright about things like this. I don't particularly trust them to find the little guy hiding on the cover. I had to walk them through, step-by-step, to pull the River III tiles from Big Box 5 and I have a feeling that what I'll eventually get are either the wrong tiles or slightly torn tiles. We'll see.

I bought a second copy of the winter carcassonne last week ( for the tile backs to make an expansion) and was disappointed to see it did not come bundled with the gingerbread man (my first copy had it included). It is a bit dissapointing that you cannot always get the same thing in the box and have to be carfull checking them out before you buy.

Checking out all the local stores and the on-line stores it seems that just about everything in the old format is out of stock or heading that way. If you have any gaps in your collection it seems (as Jean Luc Picard used to say when he needed to be transported off an exploding starship) "now would be a good time"
