Heeeelp! :(
Has anyone heard from CundCo shop in a while? I contacted them the 6th November and they answered me the 7th November. I wanted to make an order, and the total was 10,47 euro.. So I asked about the shipping, and they said they allow me to order over 10 euro with the cheaper shipping, so I did.. :) But something went wrong on their site, because the total of my order was suddenly 0 euro, but I still placed my order and contacted them again the 11th November, and from then on, no answer, and no Carcassonne stuff in mail either. :(
If I log into their site, I can see my order and it says shipped, and it has an order number and all, but the total of it was 0 euro for some reason.. :/
I have sent now about 3-4 other e-mails to them, but still no answer.. Do you think their e-mail inbox is full and won't allow new messages to arrive to them? Or are they on a mega holiday or something? I do get the "we have received your e-mail and will answer in a few days" notification from them... But not an answer.. And yes, I checked my spam filter and no e-mails there either.. :(
So, what's up with CundCo shop? Any news? :(
