As an owner of the Big Box 5, i've got tokens for 8 players. But for every expansions outside of the expansions included, i only got enough for 6.
Is there a liste anywhere here which lists which components i'd have to get to to with 8 or more people ?

Here's what i got so far for 7th and 8th player
-1 messenger
-1 robber
-1 shed, 1 house and 1 tower for little buildings
-1 monastery tile for abbey and manor
-2 fortresses

Mayor, Wagon, and Barn (5. A&M)
Phantom
another copy of German Castles (supports players 7-12)
a second set of Halflings if you only have one (supports players 7-12)
Tunnel tokens in colors which do not exist (have to make your own)
Abbott (C-II) and Ringmaster (10. UtBT), if you're doing that mixing thing

I'm good on halflings, having both sets, but for the rest...
I'll see with cundco for specific meeples missing, and i'll have to order more phantoms, too.
For german castles and tunnels, though, i think i'll pass, too expensive, to get 1 set, not even two !

I think you forget 2 towers

A second copy of the Catapult to have enough catapult tokens for each player ;D

Some extra bridges, a second copy of German castles, and self made tollkeepers tokens.

Actually, catapult tokens are available on cundco's spare parts (at least they were one year ago, I ordered some to have a full 10 players set ;D ).

To my Big Box 5 I added:
- all missing meeples in purple and pink (messenger, robber, barn, cart and mayor)
- 10 additional tower pieces (5/player)
- 4 additional Castles and bridges (2/player)
- 2 abbey tiles (1/player)
- 8 additional catapult chits (4/player,1 per type)
- 1 purple and 1 pink phantom (I actually use teachers as phantoms for all sets).

Adding any stuff related to the following?
- German Castles
- Halflings (if you deal 3 per person, you can do without any additions)
- Tunnel tokens
- Little Buildings
- Tollhouses
