Splitting topic to two different threads

Sometimes happends that in topic is comments out of main theme.
Than is usually those comments split to separate new topic.
And here is problem, sometimes is missing link to original topic which can be useful to understand discusion started in middle of other topic.
This is just hint for moderators ;-D

Is there any thread you found with this issue? The sooner we can patch it, the better.

There's all sorts of things that go wrong with splitting.

For example, the notifications no longer work after splitting or merging.

Usually when I split something I mention it's been split, but sometimes in the original post, sometimes the new one

It was sometinhg split from Advent. But as wrote decar, sometimes it is mentioned in original thread, sometimes in new thread. Both is best ;-)
