WTB - shepherds, abbeys
« on: February 25, 2016, 01:21:10 PM »
Hello

I am after some shepherds in the original 6 colours for my travel set.

i would also like 7 abbeys for my main set as it would help to complete my 13 player sets.

I am sure there is something else I need but i will add it when i remember.

Abbeys will be very difficult to find, unless someone has a spare set. Most people will be using them. Maybe you could talk to one of the aministraitors or moderators of CC as they may have a spare set kicking around. Also, you could buy some blank tiles and print some abbey pieces onto label paper and glue them on.

As for Shepherds, these can be bought in all colours (including unpainted) from Boarsgameextras.co.uk at 50p each.

Hope this helps!
If only I had another Halfling.....

I unfortunately do not have any spares per se, but can offer the entire expansion of Abbey and Mayor for 10 Euro + shipping, if someone is unable to offer them separately.
World record holder for a single game of Carcassonne using 10 007 tiles!

I have a player set of 10 so i needed 4 extra abbeys. I got mine from Cundco, via the spare parts option.
This is the game, those are the rules and that is how it should be played!

Shame about the 23 euro shipping costs added every time!

23 Euro from Cundco? Keep the goods under 10 Euro and postage should be cheaper.

Exactly. If the order is under 10 Euros, shipping to the UK costs 3.95 Euros (about £3). If you're buying lots of stuff but no individual item costs more than 10 Euros then break your order down into as many < 10 Euro orders as required and you will save on shipping.

I think mine were also about 5 euro. But i live in the Netherlands so i can imagine shipping is cheaper then. But with all the other reactions here, i can conclude that it's fairly the same. Within europe at least. So again i say: Cundco  ;)

I would also recommend Cundco but I think the shipping is always so high because I bulk order. It could also be the fact that I didn't realise it changes depending on price! Oops!

I love cundco but I hate the way the shipping works.   I don't get it.   One boxed expansion is 20 something euros to ship?
Hmm!
