It is a second-hand site for local offers. Prices there tend to be more down-to-earth than eBay, where people are more into speculation.

Interesting. Same parent company of marktplaats. Down to earth prices rather than speculation...maybe there is hope for humanity at scale. -  :pink-meeple:

I got quite a few things over the years from eBay kleinanzeigen. It's very similar to marktplaats, and works well. People are open to the conversation and usually quite helpful.
Like marktplaats is aimed at the Netherlands, eBay kleinanzeigen is aimed at Germany, but in both cases people are often open to international shipping (not always) if you ask
