I gotta find a good printer...I feel like such an outsider... -
Personally, I used a home office laser printer, printing 600 dpi on adhesive paper, that I then cutted using a blade cutter and placed on blank tiles. The quality was good enough. And I did the same with the City Gates and the Fortune teller

Thanks for those answers! 60 eggs seems more appropriate

Have fun and don't eat all the chocolate eggs yourself...
I'm the one who got only 13 eggs, so my liver's going well... I can't say the same about my wife's liver, who got 26 eggs! Thanks for the correction on WICA

Hi everyone, I tried a game with Easter in Carcassonne for the first time today, I recommend all of you to play it at least once with family around Easter time ! We played using : - Base game
- Exp. 9: Hills and Sheeps
- Exp. 10: Under the big top
- Easter in Carcassonne
WICA says around 40 eggs are recommended. But with 3 players, 60 eggs were awarded to the players (one got 13, one got 21, and one got 26), even though only half of the Easter nests were completed. Did some of you already try this expansion? How many eggs were awarded? Should the recommendation from WICA be increased to 60?
I guess, if it is mixed with many expansions, less eggs are required as the density of meeples is lower on the tiles. And here's another question, WICA says the final scoring is : The player with the most Easter eggs gets 10 points. The player with the second most Easter eggs gets 5 points. In the event of a tie, all players receive the corresponding points. https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/Easter_in_Carcassonne_(1st_edition)#Final_scoringBut the scoring after the game says: 2 points / Easter egg https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/Scoring_After_the_GameOne of those pages is mistaken, which is true, 2 points per Easter eggs, or 10 / 5 points per players?

Oh, and the parcels I'm talking about were registered and priority parcels. Standard / low priority parcels may take a lot longer (Swiss post is currently refusing to ship low priority parcels to the US because of the delay, we can only ship priority parcels to the US.

Do you know if it has been shipped as a parcel or a letter? I don't know how it is now, but based on experiences between October 2020 and February 2021, letters are delivered in a fair time from Europe to the US, but parcels take about 4 to 7 days from origin to US customs, and then 4 weeks from US customs to final destination. For two parcels I shipped, there was 2 weeks delay between arrival at US customs and first treatment by US customs, implying the tracking service wasn't updated during those two weeks (status was still "shipped by plane to the destination country", even though it was already at the US customs). So if your shipment is a parcel, it may arrive soon. But I think two months is a maximum ! Well... Davide had to wait 3 months for a letter to arrive in Mexico from Spain... http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=4911.msg75772#msg75772I hope you're gonna get your shipment soon !

What does this game have that everyone want to contribute with more and more ideas...?
Not everyone... I'm not really into fan expansions I printed only the riverside school, as it has no new rules but brings a compatibility with the river and it's a C2 conversion Anyway, this discussion about fan made expansions seems out of topic, maybe it should be moved to a new topic?

I bought this morning a C1 version of Pricesse and Dragon in very good condition, close to my home, and for the modest price of € 9, it seems to me that this version is becoming increasingly rare
It is indeed becoming increasingly rare... And the CII French edition of Princess and Dragon is out of stock everywhere too

For the time being, if we talk about tiles is simpler for everyone and more consistent with the wording in the rules, but: * Two triangular tiles sharing the same square are considered one tile for scoring * A double-sized tile counts as two tiles (one representing each half), except for the long road on a Leipzig tile (edge case).
There are some cases that need clarification regarding how to consider meeples and features on double-sized tiles when scoring watchtowers, German castles, ringmaster bonus, castles... just in case some other edge cases have to be considered: * A watchtower scoring for roads involving double-sized tiles and halflings * A watchtower scoring for meeples involving double-sized tiles (including German castles themselves), halflings and castles * A ringmaster on a city, road or field on a double-sized tile (excluding the special case involving the long road on a Leipzig tile) * A ringmaster on a German castle or a road on a Leipzig tile * A castle overlapping a double-sized tile * A ringmaster on a castle (just in case it is worth revisiting) * A big top scoring involving meeples on double-sized tiles
As a final note, please notice the mixed behavior of double sized-tiles and halflings: * Each tile counts individually when placing a figure or a token in 2. Placing a meeple. * They are mapped to square spaces (areas) for scoring, trajectories (fliers), ranges (towers), dragon movement, fairy protection... even if an area includes two halflings or half a double-sized tile.
Well... For the sake of simplicity, I hope HiG is going to map everything into square spaces, for every step of the game, and consider the German Castle itself like a castle token, with 6 adjacent spaces

Great, thanks for those clarifications! And this may mean a double tile is indeed virtually separated, features on the left of the tile are on the left space, features on the right side of the tile are on the right space
