As you are probably aware, the kind folk from MeepleSource (http://www.meeplesource.com/vote) have offered to design a Meeple Mascot for Carcassonne Central following their new Kickstarter Campaign. They are currently collecting people's opinions on what should be included in the next campaign.
In the first vote of the series Carcassonne Central decided that our Meeple Mascot would be of Classical Meeple shape, but represented as a mix of "part knight, part thief, part monk and part farmer".
Now we must decided how each component is best represented. So the question follows:
How should the Knight be represented?
I think my preference is by holding a shield, this would give us options to display a Carcassonne insignia on it; but you get to decide.

Looks like the Shield has a clear majority! I may start the next poll tonight as it seems pretty clear to me!
