Phantom shenanigans

In the iOS version if you move the fairy you cannot place the phantom but in the CAR it is possible.

Is it possible to place tower piece , capture opponent meeple which frees city and then place phantom in vacant city?

So with a builder turn you can do in each of the two turns only one the following: place tower piece, move fairy, take back abbot, take back meeple via festival, remove follower via princess, place follower or place builder,pig, barn. I can additionally place the phantom except when using the princess. Is this correct?

If abbot scores an incomplete feature, I suppose one can return back there again to score it a second time via magic portal?

There is a barn, if i place a farmer on another farm, can i place the pig on the tile which will connect me to the barn farm?
