I received Big Box 6 and the red robber is missing. Where can I order a replacement?

Hi Kirk,

If you ordered if from Cundco.de, you can get in touch with them by mail at service@cundco.de and solve the issue.

If it is not the case, you can order spare parts (tiles, tokens, figures...) from Cudnco.de as well. Try this page for spar figures:

I recommend you to check those sections with accessories and mini expansions...

If you are ordering anything from Cundco.de, maybe getting extra stuff such as meeples in additional colors/materials, extra scoring tiles (C2 ones as spare parts), extra neutral figures or tokens for games with more than 6 players, or anything else your heart fancies... this can be as good a moment as anyone else for a treat  >:D

Hi,

Don't know how it is in the USA, but normally you would contact the shop where you got the game. Or another route is to go straight to the publisher, for the USA you could contact Z MAN games.

Z MAN games has changed their policy a year ago... sadly... because to many people were abusing it and now claim you have to handle it with the seller.

I ordered it from Amazon. I doubt that they'll give me a red robber. I'm going to take Meepledrone's suggestion and order some blank sheets for fan expansions. That will make the shipping & handling worthwhile.
