When the fairy is located on tile with one follower, if the player having the move and with tile finished landscape where is the fairy, realizes that 1 bonus point because it is in the possession of the fairy, and 3 points because she is located on the tile, which is part of the landscape that closes (city, road, the monastery)?
Whether villa realized 4 points or 3 points without that 1 bonus points?

Vulcano is usually set up so as to harm an opposing player and where the players collide.
For example, I'm pulling tile with volcano and putting it near the opposite follower I want to remove in order to win a monstrous big city and it's the only way to realize it. Opposite player pull tile with the Dragon, takes the decision not to set up followers and of course that he will do so he could take a fairy.
He takes fairy and protects his players. I think you that opposite player must though to do that before (move before) the tile with the dragon was pulled by someone.

In that case, the dragon usually would not play any role if is on the move the player whose followers is in the dragon neighborhood (this is related to the case with two players).

The player having the move, which was pulled tile with marked dragon in case he does not want to put his followers on drawn tile, can he take advantage of the right to ask the fairy (princes) and put her to protect him against a dragon or it is not allowed to take the villa to him?

Thank you all for your answers and thank you for welcoming me to the forum. This is my first time here.
I love the game and I almost gathered all the expansion. Unfortunately, in my town there are few players.
Regarding my question because was unclear : Can I put a CLOISTER in environment of other cloister wich someone put earlier (to be part of one of his tiles), and for him to take the points after it closed its nine fields.
I know that I can put one cloister near other which have follower, but I didnt know can I put follower on it and get the point fot it when his surounding is finish.

Cloister
Can I put another tile with the cloister and on it put follower the way to interact with a tile of another cloister where there is a follower. Are between the two cloisters each with their follower must exist two tiles.
