This is how the Russian publisher boxes everything I think it's great:

Base Game or A Big Box:

Or:

Wheel of Fortune ( with Castles, Bridges and Bazaars)

Carcassonne: Suburbs and Inhabitants

Carcassonne: Nobels & Towers (inc: CC1)

&&

Carcassonne: Science and Magic

The last one has to win a prize for craziest box art.

Never was good at counting them; I've only played BB5 2player once and I have to say all the mechanics were a mess. A fun mess; but still a mess. We finiahed with a 100point differential too. The russian publisher sells the minis as a single expansion. Ill post a picture later if i can find it.

Official Rules / Re: Clarification of rules - with HiG - 08 10 2015

Not to cover old ground here but Kettlefish did some excellent diagrams at the beginning of this thread showing how these tiles affect the landscape. When the Dragon moves; the distance is not the same as Flyers or Towers.  The Dragon is not forced to move in a grid system.

Guy I think one of your Barn pictures was wrong as well.  I seem to remember you need 5 tiles, but 4 tiles if some of them are halflings - kettlefish did a nice picture somewhere above.

Friends of Carcassonne cold include the Dutch Monasteries too - and rather than extra player colours what about a Phantom re-release?

Would be nice to see the 6-tile Cult and maybe a 6-tile Tunnels would be nice.

The Carcassonne Minis could make a single expansion - 36 tiles + CC2.

I always thought that Bridges, Castles and Bazaars + Abbey and Mayor would make a nice set too; both are lacking on tile counts.

Should have said: I've run out of padded envelopes, so might need to take a trip to town tomorrow to get some more; a slight delay; except for the first 5 people who got lucky :)

ah sorry I went and re-read it.

You aim at tokens and score points for the tokens.  But you can also hit meeple to a) remove b) jester c) do nothing.

It sounds promising!

Just received the Carcassonne Winter edition  :) - it looks great and I can't wait to play it!

I'm a little bit disappointed though that the version I got didn't include the gingerbread man (despite the website saying it was included), so I will probably order it from cundco along with the new crop circles once it comes out.

don't be disappointed - any excuse to order more from cundco is a good one :)

My only concern is that it might be hard to get your meeple back if they are stolen - but I assume you'd introduce an exchange rule like the tower.

Edit: I wonder if you should be able to put the catapult on ANY festival tile when one is drawn.

Sam Healey just posted a video review for the Dice Tower:

Basically Wooden - http://www.basicallywooden.co.uk/

Will be attending the meetup - They're bringing prototypes and if you're thinking about placing an order you might be able to pick it up there and save on postage :)

Picked it up to day; check out that photo below!
The damage was quite nasty - damn 'administration' charges.  >:(

The Unit Price comes to: £7.50

I had a bad experience posting Safari a letter with a tile in, so if it's ok I'll post a large letter in the UK, and include some extra padding.

UK addresses will be £8.50 - is that ok?  if it isn't I can try and post a 2nd class letter and save about 50p.

I'll have a look at postage abroad tonight - it's usually about £2.45.

If you're still interested PM me your address and I'll send you my paypal details.  I'm hoping you'll pay as a friend, I've not included paypal fees in my calculations.
