The Fruit-Bearing Trees Tile Issue
« on: December 18, 2020, 06:40:34 AM »
One thing I have noticed, is that my Fruit-Bearing Trees came with 2 crrr tiles and no ccff splitter. Did they revise the tile distrubution or was it a mistake? Something interesting I found while playing.

Interesting, are the trees the same? Each tile should have a unique tree.

Check WikiCarpedia with tile distribution if you have different tiles, you can order as spare tile on cundco.de or make claim to seller
https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/The_Fruit-Bearing_Trees
Check JCloisterZone Add-ons with fan expansions and also some Slovak sci/fi projects in English https://www.scifi.sk/en/

That is the distrubution you should have, I am missing the one in the bottom right.

That's kind of strange.
Did they come already punched or were they still unpunched?
Did you buy direct from cundco or from another source?

I hope you're able to resolve the issue with your source.

It's pitty situation. As I wrote earlier, you have to clain to your seller. Or buy missing tile as spare tile on cundco.de

I bought from cundco.de and it was still sealed and not punched out. The bleed area on the punchout did not match with the tiles though. Is there anyway to contact cundco about this? They don’t seem to give an e-mail on their website.

Buying a spare is the obvious option, but the shipping price is like 7 euros for one tile so it would have to wait till my next order (most likely Spiel 2021).

This expansion is not available in the tile list file downloadable from their spare tile page for the time being...

Check here:
https://cundco.de/media/pdf/e7/f5/0e/Plattchenliste-gesamt-20-11-2020_CundCo.pdf

So it would require to get a full new copy as last resort  :'(

Contact Cundco, I'm sure they'll be happy to help you.

Their email address is on the bottom right of their pages:
https://cundco.de/

If you have your order number too that would be helpful for them.
It might take them a few days to reply, especially as it's the holiday season.

Thanks, I think I have the order number, hopefully they can do something to resolve this situation.

Just reply to the order confirmation email and explain your problem. I'm sure Cundco will sort it out for you - it is clearly their error if the wrong tiles were somehow in the punchout card.

I've placed three orders with Cundco. Two had small errors - one missing item, one incorrect item - and they corrected them both without any cost to me.

I made several orders from cundco.de in one was missing Leipzig expansion. They sent me it in extra delivery also without any costs

This happened to me some time ago... Cundco.de forgot to send me some expansions including a few Carcassonne Maps...  (How can you miss that? :o)

There was no issue in the end. They sent me everything the had forgotten.

Another time, they sent me the wrong spare pieces... They solved the issue too.

In both cases, the shipping costs were on them. No harm done, except some extra waiting time...

My last order was missing a mini expansion too.

They really need to pay more attention.
