Soon availlable @CundCo: Carcassonne Maps - Germanyhttps://cundco.de/en/detail/index/sArticle/282/sCategory/35Product information "Carcassonne Maps - Germany"With Carcassonne Maps we offer you a new possibility to play Carcassonne. With Carcassonne Maps Germany you can use your tiles and Meeple in Germany, build German cities and influence the course of important streets. There are also new ways to score points, e.g. by winning the rating of a big city or by connecting streets to neighbouring countries. The map consists of high-quality, strong, linen-embossed paper and has the size A1. Since we have to deliver the card rolled up and the dimensions are probably not compatible with the rest of the order, additional packaging may be required. An order may therefore be split into 2 deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience.By rolling the card we recommend to "bend against" it before use or to press it flat again under a few books. Alternatively, it can also be attached to the table with a removable adhesive tape (crepe, for example). The latter also has the advantage that it is not moved accidentally. You get the map and use your game material. Further maps with other countries are planned. You can find the german rules in the download link.https://cundco.de/media/pdf/b9/18/a8/Carc_Deutschlandkarte_Regel_3.pdfTranslated with www.DeepL.com/Translator

As I feared. The maps are available now. Shipping to the US is €24.99 and to New Zealand is €28.95. Completely ridiculous and unequal to its value. If the high resolution maps become available to buy or download for free, I’ll get one of those. I can’t justify over €30 for a sheet of paper.
Is it only me thinking "why not make a map of France as background instead of Germany? After all - although some Germans would like to have it otherwise- Carcassonne still lies in France, right?
