It's kind of scary that I actually could read the various German titles. Apparently working on the CAR is educational. Who knew?

It does not have to be big
It does not have to be expensive

It does not have to be from someone you care very much about
It does not have to be from someone because you earned it

All that matter is the gesture, and if truly worthy a such, you will be surprised
Amazed in awe, smiling grand, I think we both know this was one hell of a nice thing you did

Thank you, Dan!

I agree, mine is standing tall on my bedside table.
I am considering some sort of fan expansion for him.
Just lay the damn tile!

I was going to say which city.  But then I decided a meeple that big could claim all the elements in the tile.

It would be a bit hard to claim the little farm between the two city segments though!

Glad these have been so well received. Next year I'll try something really crazy like getting my Christmas cards/ gifts out before Christmas!

I sent 6 in total (would have loved to have sent more but just couldn't afford to) so 2 remain unaccounted for as yet I believe...

It would be a bit hard to claim the little farm between the two city segments though!

Claiming that farm had never occurred to me even in a normal game! I suppose the most it's ever going to be worth is 6 points, or possibly 12 if both cities end up being besieged but that's probably quite optimistic.

Hope your head is feeling better today...

You're welcome! I would have been tempted to have posted that photo and written "Look - Dan sent me the smallest Christmas card ever!" as a caption...  :))

Or twenty if you're jungleboy!

Ive not played with houses yet. Reading the rules they feel like the bit they forgot from castles and bazaars.
