After you make the order, email their support line. You can send money via PayPal or Bank Transfer. But the PayPal option is only via email (though they claim there is a link somewhere in the ordering process—I've never seen it). In the PayPal payment, just note the order number so they can match it. And pay in Euro, of course, as a private transaction (so they don't get dinged with the charge).

On about the third page, when you confirm your address is correct, there is a drop list under the addresses. Second option is PayPal and the default first is Back Transfer. On the last page click the PayPal link to complete.
