I'm excited to announce that my 2016 giveaway is finally here!

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, I've previously run a "spare bits giveaway" in 2014 and 2015. Since random Carcassonne bits and pieces tend to accumulate around me, these giveaways have provided me with a great opportunity to declutter the Carcassonne drawer of my bedside cabinet whilst helping others to come one step closer to completing their Carcassonne collections (without having to spend a small fortune on eBay in order to do so). Here's what I'm giving away this year (look closely as some items are more obvious than others):

Everything you see pictured above is free (exclusive of postage) as long as you intend to provide it with a good home and will ensure that it is played with, enjoyed and appreciated. However, there are a few conditions which must be satisfied if you would like to claim one of the pictured items:

1. This giveaway is a gesture of goodwill intended for genuine Carcassonne fans looking to extend their existing collection. If you're hoping to make a profit by getting something for free and then selling it on eBay then please look elsewhere...

2. You must already be a member of Carcassonne Central with a post count of 15 or more at the time of this post in order to be considered eligible to claim an item.

3. You may claim any item in the photo which has not already been claimed by someone else. Claims will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis so don't bother claiming something that has already been claimed.

4. If you wish to claim something you must have something else that you are willing to give away to someone else in return. It doesn't have to be of equal value either in terms of how much it would cost or how rare it is, but you must offer something worth owning in exchange for your item and be prepared to post it to the first person that might claim it (exclusive of postage).

5. You may claim one item only, even if you have more than one item to offer to the community in exchange. Nobody is eligible to claim more than one item.

That's it. Please ask any questions here and make any claim directly via this post rather than PM so it's obvious to everyone what's still available.

Hey Dan. Great initiative again. Is it the Cathars at the very top? If yes, I'd like to claim!

Is there a 'Count' or the single start tile of the City of Carcassonne in there anywhere?

I actually don't have much spare stuff at the moment, but I can offer either one of:

The School - no bag and an orange phantom instead of a proper teacher
La Porxada - a homemade copy that I used until recently (replacing it with one I made using decals)

Since Rosco would like to claim your school tiles + orange phantom does this mean your La Porxada tile is not included?
