Good one Dan!  I am still missing the ark and cardcassonne.  I also don't have the mayflower but I had that and sold it because it is a terrible game.  I also have the city (wooden edition) but have sold it to fund this purchase so I would like a cardboard box version.

I received the new Fruit Trees expansion yesterday, as well as five new Abbots and a tile tower. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily all day yesterday and the package didn't fit properly in the mailbox, so the bottom corner of the tile tower was soaked through. I'll have to glue it, which really stinks. I'd been waiting for a few years now to buy a new tower and finally decided to this time since it didn't push my weight over into the next bracket. That's what I get for waiting, I suppose.

They also included a copy of the German rules for Under the Big Top for some reason, accompanied with two small post-it notes explaining that the grey abbot isn't available yet and that I will have credit on my next purchase. At least I think that's what they said – their handwriting was atrocious and I couldn't really read anything on the second note. Either way, it seems to be the same info they gave me in an email, explaining that the Ringmasters aren't available in the alternative colours yet.

Received my fruit trees and new expansion 6 from cundco via Willem. We combined an order so that he could get the Kids of Carcassonne 'for free'.

Reading Rosco's post, I enjoy Mayflower/New World but don't enjoy playing Castle or Kids spin-offs.  Horses for courses. Tried both when we played every base game at Draughts a couple of years ago.

The absolute worst of all was the Dice Game and a surprise hit for me was CardCassonne.

Anyway. Thanks Willem.

Agree on both points from the same meetup.

In our house we play south seas and over hill and Dale more than anything else, amazonas is next and then the castle.  We haven't played the rest very much but mayflower was definitely the worst for us.  I quite like the dice game and I don't have the cards one yet.  The kids game was more for completionism than anything and I will probably either gift it or sell it.

In our house it's Kids of Carcassonne with the kids and South Seas with Becky on the rare occasion that I can persuade her to play anything Carcassonne.

I quite like the dice game. I also like disagreeing with jungleboy which makes this a double-win for me!

Sorry about your tile tower whaley...  >:( :(n)

It's been a busy couple of months both at work as well as at home. But here's what the postman brought me over the last couple of months... A big belated thank you to Willem for the Little Houses expansion! The Festival came from Z-man Games and I can confirm it is the old print 8) I already owned the German version for The New Characters expansion, but now I have the English version as my German is pretty bad. And finally I have Campaign Book Volume 1 for Memoir '44!

Nicely done oosie, all the way around. A good selection from a wide range of games. Enjoy!

MM44 Campaign book is an especially good score. I found a copy in a out of the way small town hobby/game stores a few years back and couldn't believe my eyes!

Still waiting for my KS of Hannibal. It's a long traverse to Canada!

Wanna play Carc? Can we add just one more expansion?

Many thanks to CKorfmann for acting as proxy to get these promos to arrive safely.

I understand that some unorthodox methods were requested in order to ensure they arrived safely.
A package from CKorfmann went missing last year, and neither of us were able to track it down....but 2nd time lucky!

These ended up being almost as expensive as a Carcassonne promo off ebay  ;D

Unfair - Time Traveller promo
Raiders of the North Sea - Rod and Pep
Clank! - Friendly Watcher
Clank! - Brawn vs Boots
Islebound - Masked Pirate Ship
Near & Far - Rodney & Pep

and an unexpected bonus: First Martians: Adventures on the Red Planet

A great big thank you to CKofrmann for patiently waiting for me to respond.
It's great to see our community smashing down international boarders, or at least waiting patiently in line at customs.
I hope the package I sent you arrives soon & equally safely!
