You could try to be artistic about it but then you find yourself in the situation whereby you're trying to paint a Caveman builder/ pig/ mayor/ wagon/ barn and you start to wonder where your life went wrong...

Thanks heaps to kettlefish, this forum and HiG for the Wind Roses.
I got rather excited when I realised what the envelope was, though the post office staff must have I was crazy! Oh wait - they know me so they already knew that! :-)
I'm getting a bit of a nice collection of German rules for the game. Though I tend to find that my German language skills are at their best when everything is written in English! :-)

I'm certainly pleased that ZMG is bringing out those expansions - I've been waiting ages for my LFGS to ship them to me!
I'm also prepared to wait until the cundco shop has the Belagerer expansion - hey I've been waiting long enough for some major expansions! :-)

Has anyone collected complete sets all the various meeple types? That must be expensive - and fun! :-)

Thanks guys for the info on Die Belagerer.
I'll have to remember to keep an eye out for it in about a year's time to see if it becomes available as a mini-expansion.
At least it gives me the chance to own and play a version of The Cathers/The Siege (neither of which I have as I didn't know about Carcassonne back when they were available to purchase)!
