It's new design by designer Marcel Gröber and also it will have one new color for meeples.

Will there be also expansions for this Spin-off?

I saw it on HiG's facebook the other day.
And I wasn't waiting for this. I only got Carcassonne Junior as I felt I needed it to complete my collection; am I now gonna have to buy a second one for that same reason? Hahaha

In the first and second editions, the colors of the children of Carcassonne are yellow, green, red and blue.
In the third edition, new edition, they replaced green with purple.  :violet-meeple:

I asked this on the facebook page.
This was adjusted because green was already very dominant as the color of the landscape tiles and for some the green meeple was always difficult to recognize. Therefore, it was decided to replace the green to purple. (HiG team 5/25/2020)

A fact for the wikicarpedia  ;)

Also green is problematic for color blinds.

are there any differences other than the green to purple meeples color?
