The planned expansion s are as follows.
3 x base
2 x t+b
2 x I+c
1 x a+m
1 x p+d
2 x towers
King
Count
A couple of rivers and river 2 sets
Cults
German monasteries
Halflings 1 and 2
Darmstadt
La porxada
3 signed tiles
The festival
Corn circles 1 + 2
Windroses
Besiegers
Festival
The school
Gq11
The phantom
Little buildings

Maybe the plague

Maybe some of the fan expansions
Maybe sheep and hills - I don't have it yet.

Should be several hundred tiles and take several bottles of wine!

I envy you! We have tried to get the time for a mega-game with 800 official and 700 fan-tiles for a month now without any luck  :'( Maybe next year.

We have been playing for about 10 hours so far.

So we finished at 1pm this afternoon. It was an amazing battle from start to finish. I loved it - even with its 13 hours of game play and around 800 tiles.

The scores were so close from beginning top end and even finished close but unfortunately didn't win.
We included a few of the fan expansions to which was great fun including the crater, the flood, feuding families ( with our own twist) and veto tiles again with our own twist.

Here is the comprehensive list if what we used
3 x base
2 x traders
2 x inns and cathedrals
1 x Abbey and mayor ( no barn)
2 x princess and Dragon - only one actual Dragon and one fairy and no points from fairy.
2 x towers with 12 tower pieces each
King - tiles only
2 x cults
German monasteries
Dutch/ Belgian monasteries
River one
River 2
Siege
Festival
Pest - tiles only
Windroses - tiles only
Darmstadt
School
Halflings - both sets
La porxada
Crater
Flood
Fueding families
Loads of extra rivers
Loads of extra tiles

Player sets included
1 scoring dice
8 meeples
1 double meeple
1 mayor
1  pig
1 builder
1 wagon
1 child
2 boats
1 Abbott
Small house to mark la porxada
Phantom
1 each of little houses ( tower, house, shed)
12 tower pieces

And I think that is about it, but I will check tomorrow.

The final board

The final scores
The dice is on the third rotate.

Green - 749
Red - 734
Yellow - 704
Blue - 665

The pack up!

...
Player sets included
1 scoring dice

Awesome! Nice to see the scoring dice in practice! You should print the 100 point score board. Then each pip on the dice represents 100 points. Makes counting the score super easy.

Your winning dice are on 2 pips and the scores are in the 700s. They've been around the board 14 times  :D

Again, great session report. I'm a little jealous. It's been some time since I've been in a Mega Carc session. Now I'm missing it.
I just drew the perfect tile for my MonKnighThieFarmer!

Sounds like a lot of fun you had. How much of the 13 hours was spent trying to work out scores for farms at the end?  ;)

I love the photos Rosco, thanks so much for posting them!  :(y)

Hi Rosco,

I like your pictures & report of your MegaCarcassonne - thanks for sharing.

Could you provide some details about this tile on the bottom, field-road-field-road, where the road is separated into 2x, please ? I even couldn't find it in the "Complete Annotated Rules" ...

Thanks,
laguse
