Dear members,
THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Cundco has just quietly (at least quietly to me anyway) launched their advent season sale for 2019. Per usual you can get the Spiel 2019 promo tile with a minimum 20 Euro purchase. In addition to that they are offering what is known as the Carcassonne Tinbox where for 24.99 Euros you get a special classic art style tin filled with your choice of 3 mini-expansions, 3 mini tuckboxes for said mini-expansions, and 1 set of 5 differently colored meeple candles. As far as I can tell this is it as far as new stuff goes!
I've made sure to already place my order, but be sure to place your order before the Spiel tiles are gone! :yellow-meeple:

Finally had to email CundCo. My package appears to have gotten lost in the mail, and annoyingly, it looks like it happened in the handoff since DHL shipped it out of Germany but New Zealand Post never received it. :-(

Out of the blue it arrived at my work today! We weren't even supposed to receive mail. All the maps, the meeples, the map tokens, and the Spiel '19 tile were in perfect condition. The Tollkeepers expansion, however, was a mess. It had been crammed in the tube and the tiles were falling all over the place. Two of the six tokens were slightly damaged from the bended tile frame. The box also had broken open at some point, so I was very glad that the stuffing inside the tube had kept the pieces all in place. Still, very happy to have this. Now I'm just waiting to figure out what to do about the Kingdomino Giants expansion that was stolen from my porch and the Airborne In Your Pocket game that I purchased in 2012 and now got delayed in Australia due to the holidays (and possibly the fires?).

Are you going to ask HiG for a replacement of the damaged parts?

Nah, I won't ask for a replacement. It was only two tollgates that were lightly damaged—nothing to cause them to ship replacements.
On a different note, I just placed these tiles in my now-ancient Plano box of Carcassonne-ness and came to the realisation that I've completely run out of space for new expansions! I already had pulled out by River I (which was replaced with River III / watermarked River I) but last night I had to also pull out my Cundco Windroses (keeping the original Spielbox version) and my Spielbox Cult tiles (keeping the Count, King & Cult and Cult, Siege & Creativity versions). When the next expansion(s) come(s) out, I will have to drop the Cathars and all of Cult, Siege & Creativity (which means goodbye to the one unique Cult tile in there). As an alternative, I could set aside a few of the Monasteries expansions (e.g., German [CC1 or CC2], Dutch, or Japanese). None of these options are great, though. I'll keep the old tiles, but they'll go in my long-term promo overflow box, where I stick promos that I plan to gift or I purchase the game it belongs to.

Man caves can support multiple Plano boxes with Carcassonne stuff...
I have 5 to store C1, C2 and WE so far not including the overflow box :o
The other spin-offs are sleeping in the original boxes for the time being... >:D
I wouldn't invite Marie Kondo home...

Is it too late to get the 2019 piece? I filled my basket with over 20euros of stuff but nothing indicates the limited edition piece is included. Maybe the limit is reached?

HiG ran out of stock several weeks ago. Normally the Spiel tiles are available the first weeks of December.
