You may have noticed a few changes to the front page of Carcassonne Central.

We now have a Headline section on the left hand side.

The Forum's Hot Topics are on the right.

There are now 3 sets of recent posts for 3 topics: General, Competition/League Games, and Crafter's Workshop.

I'll be making a few more modifications over the coming days, but if you're seeing anything strange please let me know here.

I am a little annoyed that I can subscribe to threads but I cannot mark threads of no interest to me as automatically read.

I really like the Headlines box particularly - good to replace that age old link to TableTop!

I like it too, but the "Hot Topics" - hmm - only the "I love the postman" is a real "Hot Topic".

But I would prefer some topics like the polls and information from whaleyland.

examples "The Babarien Report"or the list for all the "element of the week" or the list for jungleboys "Completionism Poll: Index"

That could be the "headlines II"

Sorry you feel like this Asparagus - I understand the frustration, but I'm afraid that's outside of my remit and beyond the technical capabilities of the forum at the moment.

Yes, I wasn't sure about this - they are not really HOT, but they are the top 5-topics with the most replies.
