A couple of days ago at the Egyptian Museum in Turin, Italy, I came across the game of Senet. The board and components were found in the tomb of Kha, one of the most famous displays in the museum.
According to
Wikipedia, Senet dates from 3100 BC, but the complete rules aren't known.
