ZMG published in 2012 the BigBox4 and the expansion 1 Inns and Cathedrals.
The rules are different, please look at the pictures for this special tile with the crossing.
The second picture is the correct one.
The thread about the discusion you can find at BGG:
Inns & Cathedrals expansion - strange rule (http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1095314/inns-cathedrals-expansion-strange-rule)
I don't know how I can upload there a picture and I won't like to learn that because I have enough to do with CarcC and CarcF and the cooperation with HiG...

Ouch, that's going to confuse some people.

Yes, for sure. See? Our work here IS never done. :)

It's like a road with the Ferries. It keeps changing almost everytime something is added to it. And when it's completed, there's always a new road with Ferries out there somewhere. O:-)
:meeple:

Exactly so!
-
How many points would you even get for having that road? Half a point?
-
I'd guess the road would give you 1 Point, since it contains one segment. ;)
Another quite interesting question that popped up two days ago: What about the wagon. Can the wagon go from the road to the city and vice versa?
-
the wagon - and the tile with crossing between two halfround city segements (from Inns & Cathedrals)
The wagon cannot move directly from one city to the other on the tile shown above. There is a crossing between the two cities, and crossings belong to roads. Thus, for the wagon to move through the crossing, it would have had to have started on a road. The cities are not directly connected from wall to wall. The wagon cannot move to one of the “small roads”, either, as the rules clearly state that followers cannot be placed there. (8/2013)
-
Therefore going from one street to one of the cities and vice versa isn't forbidden?
-
the road ends at the crossing and not at the walls from the city segments.

Huh. :o
Well, I guess we played with a house rule then. :D
Thank you for the clarification.
