A possible Adda bug when playing The Tower.  I just won 132 - 8 having captured all 7 of Adda's meeples.  Adda had opportunities to capture mine and even placed the tower piece but didn't capture!, nor did Adda pay the ranson.

Adda gave me a good game in the other 2 games that we've played this week.

We find that the AI often places a tower piece, but does not take a meeple.

Perhaps needs a bit of fine tuning?
