Nice. Looking forward to it.

Me too. We arrive in London late the night before, so we're going to stay at my brother's place on the Friday night and take the train to Oxford in the morning. We'll get settled in, have some lunch, and then I'll be ready at 2pm for the second half.

Looking forward to it! We should set aside a couple of hours for debating Halflings and German Castles :P

ThirstyMeeples really does have a huge collection of games for sale too, including two of the four games I had shipped to Dan in advance of this meetup! I'm going to have to see how much I can fit in my pack (I'll have only carry-on luggage with me), but I'm tempted to pick up a couple more things while I'm there! I might have to wear the same clothes all weekend just to create more space :)

Most flights allow you to take a carryon bag and a laptop case.  I may have utilized this exta bag from time to time.... I may have also flown from New York to London wearing 5tshirts and a jumper....

Worth checking what you can get away with ;)

Never underestimate the value of posting your laundry home :) Or flattened packaging...
Whatever it is, it's probably in the post from Germany...

It doesn't took great Jungleboy - but on the plus-side everything you can't take back with you - you can make Dan and I bring to Essen (y)

Oh man, Essen is going to be a disaster package-wise. I'm already picking up a KS game there (Dragon Keeper), and I was thinking about asking you guys to bring some big boxes (perhaps Escape: Curse of the Temple and Fresco), because I'll be travelling by plane and not train so I won't have limits on baggage. Then there are the games that I'll invariably buy there anyway. Plus promos. Plus God knows what else.

By the way, if anyone has a postman's hat (or better yet, a full postman's uniform), please bring it to Oxford so postmanisthirty can deliver my games to me.  ;D
