I know, this is old topic, but google or search on site can show this topic.
For difference of rules between C1-C2 need to count new different clarification of rules.
1. Halflings
- C1 rules: Each triangle tile is counted as tile (for length of road etc).
- C2 rules: Each suare tile place is counted as tile, so if there is two triangles on same feature on same tile quare position, then is counted only as one tile
2. Double tiles
- C1 rules: One tile
- C2 rules: Two tiles due to two square positions, but, depends on feature and expansion.
- - Road on Market of Leipig is counted as one, event that road is over both parts of double tile.
- - Roads on German Castles can be counted as two tiles if road start at first half and end on second half of double tile. Then road segments on double tile is counted as 2 tiles. But if road is starting and ending on same part (half) of double tile, then these 2 segments are counted just as one tile.
3. Wagon moveafter score feature
- C1 rules: can move over road-city/road-road connetion to any unoccupied and uncompleted feature connected with finished feature on which wagon is placed on
- C2 rules: wagon can move to any unfinished and uncompleted feature on same tile or on any adjacent tile (aka monastery scoring tiles pattern)
4. City scoring
- C1 old rules: small cities 2 points
- C1 standard rules: small cities 4 points
- C2 rules: smal cities 4 points
5. Farm scoring:
- C1 old rules: city with most farmers are counted to points
- C1 standard rules: city is counted to any separated farms
- C2 rules: city is counted to any separated farms
6. T junction with Inn from Expansion 1: Inns & Cathedrals
- C1 rules - inb is counted only to right road (when placed in cinfuguration FRRR)
- C2 rules - inn is counted to both roads to left and to right (when placed in configuration FRRR)
Is there any significant differences between C1/C2?
