Title: Replacement Tower Piece for 'The City' Version
Post by: GreyMeeple on March 10, 2019, 10:57:25 AM
After losing one of the tower poieces last year at a gaming session, I have been looking for a way to replace this. To this end I visited the local woodturning group at their montly meeting and appeared for help. One turners agrred to help and within a week I not only had a replacement tower but also a complete set of 'gaming' towers with square bases to prevent them rolling off the table

New normal tower (3rd from right bottom row)

I know that there is colour difference - but that is normal in wood.

The cost for supplying the pieces - A donation to their funds!

So if you are missing similar pieces seek out you local woodturners - in the UK there is a National Association who may be able to help https://britishwoodturners.co.uk/ (https://britishwoodturners.co.uk/)
