I assume they received a huge number of orders shortly after the launch of their new website and availability of new products and had trouble coping with the demand. Maybe their way of dealing with the backlog in the subsequent weeks was to prioritise new orders, and get to the older ones when they could, so as to inconvenience the least number of people. That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe it's time I contacted them.

My order, #20296 finally shows, 'The order has been sent'. The order includes Star Wars, start tableau and a few odds and ends to get the most out of shipping.

I decided I wanted a second copy of Star Wars (and got tired of waiting) so ordered from amazon.de. I received that today, it arrived much earlier than anticipated, about 2 weeks! Finally have one copy in hand

So I contacted Cundco and got a reply quickly. They thought they hadn't received my payment because it came to them in my wife's name. Now that it has been cleared up, they said they will send it straight away and add something extra

Down in New Zealand, I ordered the package on 23 October (Order #20702). It wasn't shipped until 11 November. Now it's 3 December here and I still haven't received it. I am beginning to get concerned. I just sent them an email. Let's see if they respond...

I have emailed about order 20205. Heard nothing. Assumed I am writing off the £50. I won't ever order again.

Sorry to hear that Halfling.

That's disappointing, especially when others with long-term/ "forgotten" orders seem to have been getting responses from them lately to explain what went wrong with their orders.

£50 is a lot to write-off. Is it worth contacting them again for it?

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for replies, let alone the order.

I have now left a message on their phone number and hope to be called back and get this sorted.

So it's feast or famine I suppose. Today I received a duplicate order from Cundco, although this one is an incomplete duplicate. However, I'm not sure what to do with it. Has anyone else had any communication with them to discuss what to do with duplicate shipments?

I also double-checked and found that I got an Abbot with my white set of meeples too.

I had my order duplicated, after a week. I wrote them asap and got this answer:
A) use The games as present and sent us the amount (without shipping)
B) sent them back, no charge for me.

My option was B), still waiting for their instructions.
