Hi, everyone.

I seem to have trouble logging in on the irc chat today. Does anyone else has that issue? I get an Error connecting message from http://sydby.com/carcassonne/irc/index.html

Meanwhile, I will be here: http://client00.chat.mibbit.com/?server=irc.web.gamesurge.net&channel=%23cc-league which may very well connect to the same server. Except at the moment I see no one else online there.

I have also problems with our chat at sydby.com.

The new link provided in the original thread could be our new main irc chat. It's not mine, has an ad, but I can live with that. At least it provides stability compared to, the promised kiwiirc.com.

I don't know who is using the old one compared to the new one but there were 6 or 7 of us (mostly from Group A of the T & B league) on the old one for much of Sunday and it was fine. No connectivity problems at all.

My irc chat seems to be working now. Could just have been a downtime during those hours that we were trying to connect last Friday.

This is why I hate third party involvement as you cannot rely on anything, especially when they do not update their website with maintenance info.

Today chat room again worked with a lot of bugs. Maybe we should consider to move it somewhere else.

You can always go to Ventrilo, it does have a chat version and is 100% stable.

UPDATE: I am now back in on irc chat and closed the temp irc.
