MesaBoardgames, publishers of Panamax, have a lot of games dedicated to Portuguese regions/locals and Portuguese history.
They are now launching a new game schedule to hit the stores in October dedicated to the whole country:

Nice find! It looks slightly cheesy with the heart and the selfies, but it could be fun, and the Portuguese travel theme is perfect for me. We're coming to Lisbon for a househunting trip in early December so if you have it by then we can play it and drink firewater :)
