The Phantom pack includes the basic 6 colors, but where can one find other colors? (:violet-meeple: :pink-meeple: :orange-meeple: :white-meeple: etc.)
They aren't included in cundco's meeple sets nor anywhere else on their website as far as I know, so they probably don't have those colors either?
Are they non-existent?

Yeah I know the differences, I even started the topic you linked (lol).
As an alternative, you can buy:
Both packs miss grey tho :/ I might sound picky, but all I really just want is them all to visually look the same (I mean either all frozen or all teachers) and be transparent at least bit (like ghosts). I don't even really care about the dimensions as long as they all are the same, if they would be a mix from various packs it would bug the hell out of me.

They are like teachers, but can be played as phantoms.
For what I know, it is not possible to get grey phantoms (as well as many other colors), as they do not exist. Teachers are a viable alternative then :yellow-meeple:

Pretty much everybody uses transparent meeple set nowadays to represent phantoms of all colors. The set with 13 colors was available in Cundco, but seems to have been reduced to 10 color set since. Even that one is not in stock.
Anyway, true phantoms have been obsolete for few years now, specifically because of the lacking colors.

I purchased a few of the Ebay "Phantom Replicant Meeples" from the same seller as the previous posted link. They are good quality and work nicely as phantoms, however, they are not nearly as nice as the actual phantom meeples. In other words, they do the job and I would recommend them, but don't expect them to be as visually appealing as the originals! We usually use black or clear for grey.
I am going to order a set from MeepleSource myself. Thanks for the link!
Edit: I have attached pictures. The top row shows the official Carcassonne Phantoms, while the bottom row shows the ones ordered from the Ebay link. For anyone interested in specific Ebay colors pictured, as listed by the seller, they are (from left to right): orange, white, sky blue, purple, and brown.

I received my 12 translucent meeples from MeepleSource.com today. For anyone interested, they look to be exactly the same as the ones from Ebay. I'm guessing he is likely just a reseller. However, as I only ordered a few from the Ebay seller, I am curious to see the difference between the "grey" and "black" side by side if anyone orders the full set!

I ordered the 12mm set and meeplesource and asked the proprietor to add in a 12mm grey also to make the set of 13. The 12mm are smaller than the standard 16mm phantom translucents but the size makes a nice way of distinguishing from the teacher. - :pink-meeple:

I ordered the set (with grey) at ebay, but apparently US post services are quite overwhelmed since many months! I don't know when I'm gonna get those meeples :yellow-meeple:
For stuffs I ordered in the US, it took 3-4 weeks from shipping point to US border, and 2-3 days from US border to my mailbox in Switzerland.
And for stuffs I shipped to the US (5 times in the past 6 months), it took 2 days from my local post office (lost in a small village) to US customs, and then a month from US customs to its final destination in the US. :-\

The mail is more than frustrating at the moment! I am in the US and some domestical mail will make it in 2 days from the other side of the country, while packages fairly local show up after 2 weeks. I have ordered quite a bit of international stuff and some of it showed up quicker! One package from Belgium arrived within a week (I'm still not sure how it got here so quickly!). The real kicker is a package I ordered from Cundco.de though. I placed the order on Dec 20th and it still hasnt shown up!

So here are some comparison pictures.
The phantoms from ebay do not all have the same thickness (some are thiner), but strangely, every colors that are also available on meeplesource have the same thickness, maybe the set originally comes from meeplesource?).
Also, original phantoms have very sharp edges, those from ebay have more smooth rounded edges.
Sadly, there's no nature (light brown) phantom, if anyone knows where to get one? ???
Most meeples on the pictures are originals from cundco, except the phantoms from ebay, and some teachers with special colors that came from spielmaterial.

I'm afraid not.
I use a mix of Meeplesouce phantoms and Cundco teachers as phantoms for their colors and everyone is happy. Do not overthink it.
