Title: Fairy scoring

Given an unfinished city with one of my meeples in it;

Can I:

- place a tile that finishes the city
- not place a meeple
- place the fairy next to the meeple already in the city
- score the city, getting 3 (extra) points

(all in a single turn)

You can try out the fairy moving in jcloisterzone or boardgamearena as both have this expansion.
