Very serious Monday shock for me. I failed to monitor my favourite info source for one mere family weekend and here we go, what a miss

I´d love this bundle, just if I knew... Well, life is full of missed chances

Japanese buildings can still be obtained pretty easily, but not from Cundco. Japanese copies of the base game (called Carcassonne J) all include the Japanese buildings mini-expansion.

Cheapest I've seen it available in the UK is about £60 on eBay, not sure if that's a standard price...I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much

That's really cool. It'd be awesome if either monasteries or cathedrals in Inns & Cathedrals were geo-localized to the various language variants through different publishers:

Well Cathedral in Inns & Cathedrals are Neogotic cathedral from "historical" Carcassonne.
There was some initiative for "Country Monasteries" which was success Dutch/Belgian and Japanese.
There were also initiative to Spanish and Polish, but without final release. Possible to find some articles about it, also here in forum.

Anyway, when playing mega carcassonne we kept standard monasteries and also German / Japanese in game. When my wige of it, she reacts usually "Damit monastery" because she always place meeple as abbot on these monastic buildings. But che earns usually 30 points per German (or other) Monastery...

That's not entirely true. Besides often including "Baby Meeple on Board" stickers, I've received a signed tile, bonus meeples, a sticker sheet, and two cloth carry bags as bonus items in large orders.

Ah the good old days.. Not seen a meeple sticker for a few years now. Most of the exciting gifts came around Essen. The bags are added to your order automatically. They are cool, but I do have rather a lot now

I unfortunately left one between two boxes and the pressure over time caused the rubber to attach to the boxes. Be careful where you store them! Probably worth saying this sale was to "make room" for the 20th anniversary editions, so who knows maybe there's a few oddities.

No sign of any sausages yet though.
