The fan-expansion is now finished and Klaus-Juergen Wrede got his birthday present at Spiel 2013 in Essen.
A copy of this fan-expansion got also the ViP stars:
HiG, Herner Spielezentrum and Udo (Carcassonne-on-Tour).

At CarcF is this fan-expansion "Birthday in the land of Cockaigne" in the download section:

Geburtstag im Schlaraffenland
---------------------------------------------
We are doing the translation from German into English at the moment.
Here is the link:

English translation - Birthday in the land of Cockaigne

The translation of the rules is now finished - it needs only the CarcF template...

News from CarcF - Carcassonne-Forum:

Today we are changing our forum to a new server.

CarcF is online again:

www.carcassonne-forum.de

 - all the old links to maik63.bplaced.net/forum have to change into carcassonne-forum.de
In the next days I am changing all the links to CarcF in all the postings - it is a lot of work...

Is it not possible for Maik to do this on his end?

I don't know what you meant.
Maik has finished all the links in the own CarcF forum, but I have to change all the links here at CarcC because I use here many links to threads to CarcF.

maik63.bplaced.net is now not any more online.
(we will use maik63.bplaced only as a "second" copy forum)

Tell Maik to search "301 redirect" on Google (unless he already knows what that means).

But he has no rights here at CarcC to change the links here at CarcC - he can't modify the postings here at CarcC.

At CarcF he has finished all the links...

He should be able to put some code on his server maik63.bplaced.net which will read the old links to the forum and automatically redirect them to the new forum. I've done this lots of times in the past when I made a new web site for a company. The idea is that you would then not need to modify links everywhere that you don't have access to change.

For example - Fritz-Spinne uses links to the gallery at CarcF:

http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=392.msg4065#msg4065

At this posting you can't see anymore the pictures, because they are now at the new sever.

...therefore maik should (as scott tried to explain) redirect the old domain/links to the new one...

I have changed the links for that posting from Fritz_Spinne.
Now the members at CarcC can see again the great pictures.

Purity,
it's a good idea, but I have no technical knowledge, and Maik can't understand enough English and all what I have found out at Google seach - it should be more work to write for each posting, each thread, each picture at CarcF such a "301 redirect".

Maik adwise for the members is that each of the members has to change the links in their postings to the correct new forum. We have at CarcF actual more than 10.000 postings and more than 800 pictures in the gallery... And how should he know where the members used in other forums (CarcC + BGG) a link to CarcF?
