Post by: Purity on February 28, 2014, 06:12:06 AM
Hi there,

in case you missed it and you are on the search for some new character meeples, you can find the meeple source kickstarter project here... by now there are already more than 80 new characters unlocked:

...the character count has meanwhile grown beyond 100... with 15 new ones within the next couple of minutes. I also found carcatron in the comments, requesting new characters :-) ...I still vote for a cyclops though :-P

I am amazed by this KS. It is over $100K, on a $15K goal, and still has 3 days to go.

I would call that Meeple-mania!  :red-meeple: :meeple: :green-meeple: :blue-meeple: :black-meeple: :gray-meeple:

I have been following this project very closely too - the amount of support MeepleSource have had has been amazing but not surprising considering the quality and range of the meeples they produce. I love them!

I've put myself down for one of everything plus 15 8-piece sets. I even had myself "meepleized" hence my new profile picture!

Still just over two days left. Well worth a look if you haven't already looked...

...ok, last stretch goal got reached some hours ago - you now have the choice to select out of 175 different designs in this project (150 of the project itself and 25 from the shop) together with another 13 which are available in more or less limited numbers, this makes 188 in total... impressive
