There are so many interesting campaigns right now and I’ve done well to hold off … for the most part … so far …

Currently the only active KS campaign for me is the expansion for Fields of Green - Grand Fair
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/241478362/fields-of-green-grand-fair?ref=user_menu

I was tempted by Gentes: Deluxified but it was suited for a higher player count. Today they announced a two-player board, (printed on the backside of the main board - that is also suitable for solo play). I might take another look at this again.

I’m REALLY considering Prehistory. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1205265935/prehistory/description

Classic Stone Age board game is still a favourite and this takes that theme and kicks it up several notches, especially with little elements of Civ. building and Exploration.

It also checks off a lot of favourite game mechanism: Modular Board, Set Collection, Tile Placement, Worker Placement and Area Control / Area Influence.

There are three play areas that are partially based on a seasonal rotation.

Main board area

Modular exploration and hunting ground area

Player boards that also act as an active play area

The run throughs I watched showed a fun theme with lots of variability and good decision-making. A user on BGG got a Trajan vibe while it reminds me of Clans of Caledonia - not so much in game play but the range of play options. Still lots of time to decide on this one!

Wanna play Carc? Can we add just one more expansion?

Prehistory does look amazing, but I know it won't visit our table ;(
Looks like a wonderful blend of mechanics

I've slowed down on KS, renew my old collection game, 15 new games, still 30 games to come, watching endeavor and viceroy, could be one, probably endeavor.  :black1-meeple:

Going for endeavor, my 45 KS project

Three days left for Endeavor with some great stretch goals to hopefully be reached!

I went for this Franks as it appealed to my Euro style game preference 9 days to go and the stretch goals are building up.
Oooo, look at all the meeples

This one arrived over the weekend and what a great job they have done on it. First time Kickstarters and yet the production levels are fantastic. Can't wait to get it to the table on Wednesday at the gamers gathering.

The pledge manager for Museum has finally arrived. I backed only for the base game so now I need to decide which expansions (if any) to add. What's everyone else going for?

Vincent Dutrait isn't doing a lot of the expansion artwork, so I am sticking with the base game and the 4 euro expansion.

I did all in as I like the concepts of the expansions :D
As people say: It should be a Vincent only game....". I don't mind if another artist is learning to catchup on Vincent and all the work he does will be approved by Vincent ;)
So in my understandings it still is a Vincent Dutrait game, even with some minor things drawn by another author. It still stays a great game. For what I have seen till now
