I think it comes down to:

Do you score 1 point per ACROBAT on the same tile as the fairy? or
Do you now score 1 point per MEEPLE on the same tile as the fairy?

On page 6 of Under the Big Top there is this note:

 You may assign the fairy to an acrobat, in which case it counts for all acrobats
in the pyramid (regardless of color). If the fairy is still there at the beginning
of your turn, you score 1 point for each of your meeples in the pyramid.

QUESTION:  If I have 2 meeples on the same tile (from the Flying Machine or Crop Circle), and then assigned the fairy there; If the fairy is still there at the beginning of my turn, would I also score 1 point for each of my meeples there? (In this case 2 points)

What if I had 3 meeples on the pyramid and another meeple on a road segment on the same tile?  Would I score 4 points with the fairy at the beginning of my next turn?

Do the following features trigger (or are included in) a castle scoring?

A completed garden (9pts)?

The Labyrinth (including the 2 points for each meeple)?

Markets of Leipzig (The bonus points from the wainwrights/coiners/bookbinders)?

Cathedrals in Germany
  Bonus points for scoring a closed road?
  Scoring the Cathedral?

Castles in Germany
  Completing the Castle (12 pts)?
  The 3 bonus points for completing a road/city?

Little Buildings
  The bonus points from the towers/houses/sheds?

The 3 point Fairy bonus
  The Fairy is on the feature being scored?
  The Fairy is in the Castle (the CAR says Fairy can't be in the Castle, but E8 Bridges, Castles, & Bazaars -2018 Edition- says yes)?

Ringmaster bonus points (2 points per acrobat or circus tile)
  Any Ringmaster is on the feature being scored?
  Your Ringmaster is in the Castle?

The Watchtower's bonus points?
