The tile "Spiel'15" is a gift at the Spiel 2015 in Essen.
Last year I've asked HiG for some tiles - I got only a few - for the members meeting (5 tiles).
But CundCo put this tile into the "Nikolaus-Aktion" (December) - and this year we will get also a "Nikolaus-Aktion" in the CundCo Shop.

It's looking good! Is it just me or have the shipping charges been amended and are calculated by weight now rather than cost (and have smaller increments?).
Not sure if I'm misunderstanding there?

I quite like the new design. It's clear that the stock management and payment methods have improved a great deal and hopefully this will encourage others to use HiG's services. The back catalog have increase a lot too, hard to find games are available like Fjords!
I found navigation a little hard. I have a very small 15'' laptop the shop-item are very large on the screen, so I can only see 3 at a time.
There was an option to view more items per page, but it did not seem to remember my setting, it would revert to 12, this would be nice.
It is nice to see English as an option on the site; (although I used to enjoy kludging through wondering what I was clicking :) )
After I added items to the German cart, i switched to English and all my items were lost. So I completed my order in German.
Overall I think I'd give it a 4 thumbs out of 5, hopefully there will be time for this minor things to be adjusted.
Can't wait for the excuse to buy more :))

It's the single-tile City of Carcassonne from the Count expansion. It's the main thing I want from the shop but I'll see what else I can add to my order.

I just noticed that the meeple sets now include "1 Abt" (1 Abbot), as well as "1 Schäfer" (1 Shepard). I guess they are complete sets again.
Unfortunately there is still no way to buy individual meeples in the various colours, such as the FeMeeple or Robber in the new colours for those who bought Big Box 5, or the Abbot for the original colours.

Looks like a teething issue with the new site I think because that's how I did it on the previous site and just typed in "pink barn, pink wagon…" etc and that worked fine. Have just tried the same with the new one and it's not counting the fields as complete for me either.
The only think I can think is perhaps drop them an email?

FYI, it's tout de suite if it's written out properly, although it sounds like toute suite. Tôt means early. Sorry to be that one person no one likes who makes corrections but I am a language teacher! (Not that language though!)
Meanwhile, I spent €20 at Cundco on the City of Carcassonne single tile and both sets of the shiny coasters. I have two individual coasters as part of a prize from one of the tournaments here and I like them, so I thought I'd get them all.

Wow. Okay, I just ordered a ton of stuff from CundCo. It's funny how once you reach €30 shipping, it doesn't feel as bad to add more things to the order. I was able to go from 1 copy of Star Wars Carcassonne to 5 copies for only €5.00. Not too bad at all. Considering that distribution is limited for this game, I will be joining the New Zealand resale market and selling the four additional copies. It will be for a steal, too, since I don't want to overcharge. If I calculate the cost correctly, they cost me around €30 each including shipping, which is roughly $50 NZD each. That seems like a reasonable price to resell at. See! I'm nice!
I also bought the City of Carcassonne single-tile mat, the Brown and White player pieces, the missing player pieces for Pink and Purple that weren't included in Big Box 5, all the missing player pieces for Orange since Abbey & Mayor (I bought Orange a long time ago), the tile bag from Inns & Cathedrals (I never got that expansion except through Big Boxes!), and finally, the Carcassonne ice-cube tray, because I want to make a JELL-O version of Carcassonne someday. :-)
Total cost: €182.75, $206.64 USD, $306 NZD. Fortunately, I paid with USD not NZD.

I emailed service@cundco.de in English, on the 26th and got a response within 3 hours.
My parcel was shipped on the 14th.
Recorded on DHL on the 20th.
Picked up by DHL on the 27th.
So generally it looks slow.
You should have a tracking number on your order when you log into the new website.

Sorry you’re not satisfied with your order, and as interested as I am by your updates on this, I don’t think this forum is the place for it as nobody here has any influence over the Cundco shop or how they run their business. I suggest you take this up with them directly again if you haven’t already. :(
To be fair to them, I know that the vast majority of members here who have bought from them in the past have always been very satisfied. I certainly have. Some upheaval is to be expected at this time with many new games, expansions and a whole new website to contend with. This said, despite the delay, others have received their orders now so I expect that yours will be fulfilled soon.
Whatever else happens, it will have been worth the wait when you get it! :) :(y)

If it makes you feel any better, my order has been "The order is in process" for many days now, too, and I ordered it on October 23rd. Granted I made a really complex order with a lot of individual pieces requested, but I'd rather like to see it shipped at some point in the near future.

Just a little confused and disappointed that my order was placed on Oct. 14 and it still says "partially completed". I thought all the items were in stock? E-mails to cundco.de go unanswered as well. I know they are a small staffed company, but still... :(

I placed an order with Cundco last week and it arrived yesterday, so perhaps orders older than that have geuninely just been lost in the system during the change over. My only advice would be to double check that you have definitely been charged for the purchase. If you haven't been charged then you are probably safe to just place a new order. If you have been charged then drop them an email and wait. I know it's not ideal, but they are definitely good people working there so this will be an honest mistake that I am sure they will rectify in due course.

Yes, I was charged immediately after placing the order, so I don't want to cancel the order, place a new order, and be moved back further in the queue. I'll just keep waiting.

Thanks for posting this whaleyland. I feel for them. Timing couldn't have been worse with the new website, Essen wrap up and the two new releases.

Time for a rant...
I realize they are a small outfit, busy with a lot of post-Essen orders, they are short handed because of illness, etc., etc. but my order was placed ONE MONTH ago, and it still says "partially completed" What does that even mean? What's worse is that for the past week or so I've been e-mailing them everyday, just to get a simple status update, there there has been NO response from anyone at all. Of course, they had no problem taking my money immediately. I understand I just have to keep waiting, but the most frustrating thing is that there are people who have ordered after me, who have already received their orders. I've been a longtime customer of cundco.de, but not anymore. They have lost my business.

I'm not exactly in the pickle you guys are in, quite the opposite in the sense that I got what I ordered from CundCo but haven't received a bill yet, only a mail that states the bill will be delayed due to management is (now was) at Essen.
But yes, I am eager to pay so I that I also can conclude my order.

Can I ask the people who are still waiting what they ordered? I have feeling select coloured meeple were/are out of stock. Possibly this is why there is a delay. It's a shame cundco have not made contact though. It's odd because my email got answered in only a few hours. I paid with paypal too, not sure if other methods create a delay.

I definitely see your frustration jungleboy. It seems you have a small and very simple order. Odd that they haven't shipped it yet. I got confirmation two days ago that my meeple-heavy order has shipped, but I never received a DHL tracking number oddly. I ordered my package on October 23rd, so it's still been nearly three weeks for me. I think Hans im Glück is seriously rethinking how it does its online store because they are totally dropping the balls here. Customer service should not be dependent on the well-being of a few people and emails should be answered within 48 at most.
Edit: Just checked the shipping confirmation email from CundCo. Very weird considering it's being shipped to New Zealand:

I received my order from Cundco on Oct 28, after 3-4 weeks. 5 Carcassonne mini-expansions was what I ordered. However, one of the items they sent me was incorrect. They sent me BRÜGGE - DIE HAUSTIERE instead of CARCASSONNE - DIE HÄUSER. I realize that the names are similar, which is probably the cause of the error. I sent them an email on Oct 29, explaining the error. I have not heard back from them yet, except for the auto-reply email that they sent explaining that I should NOT re-contact them because it will slow down the process.
Has anyone had any experiences with receiving an incorrect item from Cundco? If so, do they usually just send a replacement item or do I need to send them back the incorrect first (That might be costly for me)? I don't mind waiting as long as I know that I will get taken care of....eventually.

That's interesting. I never received an email, but when I check the status of my order, is says that it has been sent. It has said that for over a week now though, so I've been expecting it for several days and haven't seen it yet.
Actually, it arrived today after I posted about it. Everything looks to be in order.

I find it very strange that some people are still having problems with their orders.
Without meaning to gloat as I am genuinely saddened by your issues with Cundco, but I ordered about 2 weeks ago and had an email asking what meeples I wanted as I had forgotten to specify in the spare parts section and I have received half my order already.
I hope your orders are sorted out soon. All I can suggest is to keep messaging them daily until you get an answer.

I assume they received a huge number of orders shortly after the launch of their new website and availability of new products and had trouble coping with the demand. Maybe their way of dealing with the backlog in the subsequent weeks was to prioritise new orders, and get to the older ones when they could, so as to inconvenience the least number of people. That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe it's time I contacted them.

My order, #20296 finally shows, 'The order has been sent'. The order includes Star Wars, start tableau and a few odds and ends to get the most out of shipping.
I decided I wanted a second copy of Star Wars (and got tired of waiting) so ordered from amazon.de. I received that today, it arrived much earlier than anticipated, about 2 weeks! Finally have one copy in hand :white-meeple:

Down in New Zealand, I ordered the package on 23 October (Order #20702). It wasn't shipped until 11 November. Now it's 3 December here and I still haven't received it. I am beginning to get concerned. I just sent them an email. Let's see if they respond...

Sorry to hear that Halfling. :( That's disappointing, especially when others with long-term/ "forgotten" orders seem to have been getting responses from them lately to explain what went wrong with their orders.

So it's feast or famine I suppose. Today I received a duplicate order from Cundco, although this one is an incomplete duplicate. However, I'm not sure what to do with it. Has anyone else had any communication with them to discuss what to do with duplicate shipments?
I also double-checked and found that I got an Abbot with my white set of meeples too.

I had my order duplicated, after a week. I wrote them asap and got this answer:
A) use The games as present and sent us the amount (without shipping)
B) sent them back, no charge for me.
My option was B), still waiting for their instructions.

My order arrived today, barely a week after the confusion over payment was cleared up. I got the Spiel 15 tile as a bonus ... but the City of Carcassonne single tile was missing from the package. So I just contacted them to ask if they can send it separately.

Finally received my Cundco order placed Oct. 16th, almost 2 months to the day!
It contained the Star Wars edition, Start tableau and a few odds and ends. Sadly no 'little extras' for the trouble that others received.
I did place another small order to get the Spiel '15 promo tile with more (largely unnecessary) odds and ends.
Hope all the other outstanding orders get delivered to you soon!

I'm glad to read that all the troubles are being sorted out tiny piece by piece. The guys at CundCo must be working night and day since Essen. Merit to them! ;D And: I guess, by now it should have been proved that every order will be processed. It only needs some extra patiens and maybe sometimes a little reminding message.
