Hello guys,
I have a question about tile BO (the cloister within the city)
As soon as I saw this tile i had the following view of it:
when you place the tile in a city player 1(you) owns, you can also put a follower on it.
when player 2 places the tile in a city player 1 owns he cannot put a follower on the cloister, because the city is bound to player 1.
the followers on the cloister do NOT count to the total amount of followers in the city..
Am i correct?

Not correct, player 2 can place a monk on the cloister even if player one has majority in the city, both is independent.
