Taken from the mania of collecting, I have decided that the next things that will try to buy are the teachers of the school expansion in the colors that I still lack.
What will be yours?

I am not looking to buy anything in particular in the near future, but things always seem to come up! Of the spinoffs that I don't own, Hunters & Gatherers seems to be the best and most interesting one, so I might consider buying that. Especially since I now own a custom drawbag for it :)

This is exactly how I feel about it too. As The Godfather says: "Just when I thought I was out they pull me back in!"
I am still missing a few of the spin-offs and also the original Wheel of Fortune but I can't get enthusiastic about any of these to track them down and spend the money on them...

Considering my level of fandom for Star Wars, this is potentially the only version of Carcassonne I would never buy (unless they do a "Friends" Carcassonne in which case it would be one of two I would never buy)

Hahaha. incomplete collection or lifetime shame? my usual dilema is incomplete collection or divorce! I usually go for risk of divorce. Lol

It looks like I lied a bit upthread, as I just bought the full coaster set and rubber scoreboard from the Carcassonne Shoppe. And apparently I missed the River (III) by a couple of minutes there a few days ago.
Edit: Not at all interested in Star Wars Carcassonne.

I am considering this same thing I recently bought myself all six colours of Phantoms (from German eBay (http://www.ebay.de/itm/Hans-im-Gluck-48217-Carcassonne-Das-Gefolge-Erweiterung-/111595912020)) having previously said that was something that I would never do so.
I don't own any of the spin off games and I'm trying to resist a bit because I know if I buy one I'd have to try and buy them all!

Im trying to collect the unusual mini expansions, esp those given away in the Spiel mags. I've just purchased The School from a member on BGG. Now, I'm wanting to 'catch' The Plague. Haha :D

With Castles arriving yesterday and Kids due to arrive tomorrow, I expect that my next purchase will be whatever is released next for the standard base game.

when you will get the "Kids of Carcassonne" then you can play it with your children - and next year you can play base Carcassonne with them.
