Also for me the most basic is if you're playing Traders & Builders and with that tile you can finish a city before someone else and steal all of the resources!!!

I placed my order order late last night for some mini expansions so at least the delivery was cheap. Still seems rather excessive mind just to get the spiel tile! But at least they've responded to my email to confirm that it'll be included with my order.
Oh no! I didn't get a confirmation of the inclusion of tile... This worries me!
I think they only confirmed it to Rich_The_Fish because he emailed them first to ask if it would be included. If you are concerned then I'd recommend sending an email too. But it seems as long as you spent 17 Euros or more you should get one...
