There's a user here, Sekim, that has lots of rare/unpunched items http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/community/index.php?topic=5050.msg75642#msg75642. He also sometimes sells them on www.marktplaats.nl. He's likely the most accessible source of rarities of all sorts, but CAUTION - don't mention that you might be interested in multiple copies. He'll deny you access to the valued items for failing his test of purity. I know, it happened to me. -  :pink-meeple:

Thanks for the response! Sadly, that marketplace requires a phone number in an international country (I'm in the USA) to register an account.
