Hello,

I have been having a major issue with Spiele-Akademie, and I need some help. I want to file a complaint to them for receiving a package with no expansion inside. Not only that, when I sent a picture of everything that I had received, they did not reply back to me. Then, when I tried to receive a refund from them, they wouldn’t give it to me, and asked me to contact my local post office and file an investigation there. Since I am in Canada, I contacted Canada Post, and they said that it is the responsibility of the sender to file the investigation at the initial post office. Since I am not in Germany, I cannot call their phone number to file a complaint and request a refund. They are a scam site, and are stealing my hard-earned money from me.

Is there anything else that I can do in this situation? Also, I don’t know how to post a picture on this page, so if someone could show me how to do that in the simplest way, I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I can send images of everything I received (emails and all) over email.

This is really weird I bought from them twice cs&c 2 years ago and never had any problems.

This is the only website selling this expansion, it was quite fast and I even communicated by email with them regarding availability

All they sent me was a letter mail with a letter inside thanking me for my order, and to recommend them to others. I asked them to send me the expansion, as I had already paid for it and didn’t receive it. I even sent them a picture of everything that I had received, and they still wouldn’t send me what I ordered. I then asked them for a refund, and they refused to give me my money back. That’s when I filed a dispute over PayPal.
