Anyone aware of a newly updated PDF of annotated rules that includes the circus and some of the newer mini expansions ?

Currently JustaBill is working on an updated version for the CAR for the old art Carcassonne.
I've seen some people talking about a Car for Carcassonne v2, but am unsure about the status of it.
I would be interested in making this (collaborative with Bill to keep the style of the doc similar?), but am unsure if someone is already on it...

I'm not 100% sure either but I thought he was attempting to include both editions of Carcassonne in the same document.

I'm sure he'll provide us all with an update on his progress so far at some point soon! O:-)
