New Art Plugin

I started playing Carcassonne after the conversion to the New Art.

Would it be possible to create a plugin to used the New Art for the Base and Expansions release thus far?
Also It would be neat to see the Watchtowers, Labyrinth, and Spiel 14,15,16  tiles added.

If not, that's alright, just thought I'd ask.
