Tile question from Carcassonne base game
« on: January 23, 2017, 10:51:43 PM »
Hi there,

Quick question about the attached image: Does the farm continue through the little town into the Northwest (upper-left), Southwest (lower-left), and Northeast (upper-right) corners?

I can't find the answer to this anywhere in the complete rules... Does anyone have a link to ALL the tiles explained? That would be most helpful!

Thanks!

The picture shows a crossing. A crossing divides the road secments into separate roads.
Please look at the rule book from you base game box.
or look here http://www.hans-im-glueck.de/fileadmin/data_archive/Regeln/CarcBasisRegel_2013_web.pdf- (page 2 + page 4)

in the S-CAR v.7.4 you can find it at page 11 and 15.

While I understand that a crossing divides road segments, what I'm asking is if the farm continues from the upper left corner into the lower left corner. As you can see in the picture, the green farm blends between the upper left section and lower left section.

I have edited the photo to reflect what I mean.

In the image, the red arrow in the upper left shows it going into the lower left and then up into the upper-right. Does the farm continue into these different areas?

No! :)
On this tile there are four road segments and four separate farm segments.
